This lighting design project was commissioned for a premium residential clubhouse located in one of China's most prestigious communities. The client—a renowned developer focused on luxury living—sought a lighting solution that would seamlessly integrate with the architecture, elevate the shared spaces, and create an atmosphere of refined hospitality.
SAYUNIXA curated a comprehensive lighting and decorative fixture system that speaks to both function and aesthetics. From the entrance lobby to lounges and transitional corridors, each area was addressed with a layered lighting strategy—balancing ambient glow with precision accenting. The lighting not only defines zones within the clubhouse but also enhances textures, materials, and spatial rhythm.
Custom-made fixtures were developed using a blend of brushed stainless steel, hand-treated diffused glass, and coated aluminum, with forms that echo the minimalist yet elegant architectural language of the space. Each piece was designed in close dialogue with the interior layout, installed with precision to ensure consistent sightlines and visual flow.
The lighting system uses dimmable, high-CRI LED modules, integrated into both architectural recesses and suspended compositions. Carefully calibrated lighting temperatures transition the space from daytime vibrancy to evening intimacy—supporting a variety of club functions from social gatherings to quiet relaxation.
