In the heart of a prestigious sales center for a leading Asian real estate developer, SAYUNIXA was commissioned to create a bespoke chandelier that would not merely illuminate, but elevate—serving as a sculptural centerpiece that speaks to the soul of the space and the stature of the brand.

Inspired by the image of a luminous waterfall, dozens of arched crystal strands cascade from the ceiling in graceful layers. Like flowing ribbons frozen mid-air, the installation exudes rhythm, volume, and movement. In daylight, it stands still and statuesque. Once illuminated, it glows like a constellation—brilliant, fluid, and mesmerizing.

The chandelier features high-purity Egyptian crystals, each meticulously arranged to refract light into shimmering color spectrums. The supporting structure is built from reinforced 304 stainless steel, hand-polished and finished with a champagne gold vacuum plating process that adds warmth, depth, and durability. The craftsmanship merges strength with elegance, creating a piece that is as enduring as it is refined.

From concept sketch to final installation, the project took months of detailed collaboration. Every curve, every reflection, every detail was crafted to harmonize with the space’s architecture and the brand’s luxury identity.
This is not just a lighting fixture—it is an architectural poem written in glass and metal, a suspended dialogue between gravity, glow, and grace.
